Shipping Policy (AU & NZ)

Where we ship
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Order processing

  • Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days.

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping options & fees (AUD)

AU Local Warehouse Items marked “Ships from AU” or when local AU stock is available AUD $10 3–5 business days from dispatch
Free Shipping Order subtotal ≥ AUD $100 (after discounts, before shipping) FREE Transit time depends on the method used above

* Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier. Remote/regional areas, severe weather, public holidays, or customs (for NZ) may add a little extra time.

Split shipments (mixed orders)

If your order contains items shipping from different locations, we may ship in multiple parcels at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking for each parcel.

Tracking & notifications (email only)

  • A tracking number and link will be sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.

  • We do not send tracking updates via SMS. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder).

Address changes

Please contact us before dispatch if you need to change the delivery address. Once shipped, parcels can’t be rerouted. Re-delivery or return-to-sender fees due to an incorrect address may be charged to the customer.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or receipt) and we’ll assist you with the carrier.

Public holidays & peak periods

During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas) and public holidays, processing and delivery may take a little longer.
